  2. Click the green button at top left 'Create New Recap'.

  4. Choose the Date Range - either from the buttons (Today, This Week or This Month)  - or a specific date range.
  5. Choose either "All Entries Regardless of User" or "Only Entries Submitted by Me" for what the report returns.
  6. The report will generate in a list on the screen. Look to the right of the report to see option icons.
    • Edit (pencil icon) - when clicked, this will open the recap report and allow for detailed editing before sending to managers, distributors or other users. **Note: the following Icons that show at the top of the recap report are based on categories in the app that are tied to Activities and Tasks. If it is editable, there will be a red number associated with the icon and it will  be clickable and not faded. That red number indicates how many items are in that list.
      1. Summary - the first page is the Summary page. This has basic word processing tools and is a quick way to recap what happened in market. Key points should be communicated here by the user in order to relay to the Distributor what needs immediate attention. There is a word processing tool bar at the top that can be used for basic functions, including adding attachments, photos and videos.
      2. Commitments - returns a list of the Commitments made in market will populate below it. This is a quick list of all commitments generated in market and gives the Distributor an easy view of product expected to land at Accounts. Each Commitment has a blue Edit button for additional editing.
      3. Action Items - 2 types of items will land in the Action Items box:
        1. All surveys (activities and tasks) that include a "Distributor Attention" note.
        2. All activities and tasks with Category: "Attention" in their web Settings.
      4. Events - Returns a map on the left with a list of Activities or Tasks associated with the Events category on the right. Each Event has a blue Edit button for additional editing.
      5. Visits -  Returns a map on the left with a list of Activities associated with the Visits category, on the right. Each Visit has a blue Edit button for additional editing.
      6. Ride With - Returns a map on the left with a list of Activities or Tasks associated with the Ride With category, on the right. Each Ride With has a blue edit button for additional editing.
      7. Additional Icons - Depending on the org, additional icons may show to be able to click into and edit. All icons are associated with categories that are tied to Activities and Tasks, so icons such as Training or General may show.
    • Once the report has been edited, it can be either closed, or shared. A 'Close Recap' button and a 'Share' button are at the top left of the report. Once Share is clicked, a pop-up opens. Enter the e-mail address(s) and Subject, then click Send.
      • Aside from the e-mail, a link can be sent to the receivers. This link will direct the viewer to a web view instead of sending it through an e-mail. Copy that link from the bottom of the same pop up and send out in a separate e-mail or messaging client.
    • E-mail (boomerang icon) - this can be clicked on to send an e-mail without opening the recap itself.
    • Archive (folder icon) - click this to move the report to an archived state. Active and archived reports can be viewed by toggling the blue buttons on the upper right corner of the recap page.
