I visited an account, logged an Activity/Task in Lilypad, but my Goal did not change. What happened?

A: It could be a few things.

  • If you are on a team that uses “target lists”, please use the Plan tab to it’s fullest potential. If you are visiting an account that is not on your target list, you will not receive credit in Lilypad.
  • If you are on a team that uses “target lists”, but utilize the Account Universe instead, there is a risk of logging actions to an account that is not on your target list and you will not receive credit in Lilypad.
  • If you are on a team that uses “target lists”, and you visited an account directly from your target list, but still did not receive credit, check to see if you have goals that only count unique accounts.
  • If you are on a team that does not use “target lists”, and you logged an action in Lilypad at your account, but still did not receive credit, check to see if you have goals that only count unique accounts.
