A: Leaderboards & Challenges may be added to your team, by your manager, to spark friendly competition among teammates. Leaderboards & Challenges are running totals and are not tied to your KPI’s (see FAQ’s on Goals above).

Example – a total of 55 chalice placements were logged in a single month, and 6 were repeat visits. Under Leaderboards & Challenges, the tally for Chalice Placements on the Leaderboard will be 55. The total for Goals/KPI will be 49 to account for the unique visits.
