Here are the items completed for this release of the web version of Lilypad.

 

Enhancements

  • Audit Log for Settings > Activities and Tasks (LP 90172).
    • The new Audit Log records every change made to the Settings screen of an Activity or Task template.  Each change will show a date stamp, time stamp, and the email address of the admin who made the change.

 

  • Added "Class Of Trade" field to all Add New Account screens (LP 100669).
    • “Class Of Trade” options include:
      • BAR
      • CONCESSIONAIRE
      • CONVENIENCE/GAS
      • DRUG STORE
      • FACTORY/OFFICE
      • GENERAL MERCHANDISER
      • GOVERNMENT/NON MILITARY
      • HEALTH/HOSPITAL
      • HOTEL/MOTEL
      • LIQUOR/PACKAGE STORE
      • MASS MERCH/SUPERCENTER
      • MILITARY OFF PREMISE
      • MILITARY ON PREMISE
      • NON RETAIL ACCOUNT
      • OTHER OFF PREMISE
      • OTHER ON PREMISE
      • RECREATION/ENTERTAINMENT
      • RESTAURANT
      • SCHOOL
      • SMALL GROCERY STORE

  • Search by account name and address together on the Add New Account screen (LP 100687).
    • In addition to searching by account name OR address, you can now search for an account by name AND address at the same time by placing a comma after the account name in the search field.

 

  • Admins, who are not assigned a team to Manage on their Settings > Users profile screen, now have access to the web Side Menu > Settings tab (LP 97682).

 

 


Bug Fixes

  • Settings > Connections screen freezes/spinning wheel for some clients (IT 102806).
  • Settings > Connections screen - using the Search field shows no data for Distributors but does show data without using the Search field (IT 102656).
  • Execute screen shows the admin's data instead of the selected user (IT 102398).
