How To - Add & Remove A User

**NOTE - Before attempting to add a User, please check the available User seats. If it is set to zero, contact your Lilypad Client Success team to increase that volume. Our team will need to adjust for billing purposes before this process can be started.


ADD A USER - 

  1. Log into the Lilypad Web App ( https://lilypad.app.fintech.com/ ).
  2. From the side bar on the left, click on 'Settings'.
  3. Under the 'Organization' section, click into the 'Users' bubble.
  4. See note above about available User seats. If there are enough User seats available, follow the steps below.
    • Click the 'Add User' icon to the right side of the screen.
    • Enter the user’s e-mail address. **NOTE: Please add in all lowercase letters to avoid any log in issues regarding case sensitivity.
    • Enter the user’s first name, then last name.
    • Assign the user to a specific team (the User will then be included on this team in all reporting).
      • If the User needs manager access, in the 'Manager' drop down, select the team(s) the User will have access to. Manager access grants rights for - pulling reports on other users, creating goals and target lists, and assigning territories to reps.
    • The User will be prompted to turn distributors on when first logging into the Lilypad app, however, distributors can be assigned here as well.
    • If the user will be a brand ambassador or will only be working with specific brands, in the Brands and SKUs drop down menus, select the specific brands/SKUs that will be applicable to this user. This helps to Auto Filter choices in the app.
    • There are four boxes below the SKU drop down. These allow Users access to the account universe, reporting functions, and (if applicable) the placements tracker:
      • Accounts
      • Reports
      • Commits On
      • Admin Rights - If the User requires admin level access - allowing them to adjust activities/tasks, users, teams, product lists, and attributes - check the 'Admin Rights'.
    • When complete, click the green 'Save' button towards the top right corner of the screen.
  5. A 'Send Invite Email' pop-up box will appear.
    • Click "I'll Send Later" to send the new User an e-mail invitation at a later time. A 'Re-Invite' button is available for that User that can be clicked to send or re-send the invitation.
    • Click "Send" if the new User is to immediately receive the e-mail invitation. A 'Re-Invite' button is still available in case the new User needs the invitation re-sent.

REMOVE A USER - 

  1. Same direction as above, Steps 1-3.
  2. Click on the 'Name' header at the top of the user table to sort by user names.
  3. Once the User is located, look to the right side of the screen for the trash can icon and click it. A "Do It" prompt will pop up, click on it.
  4. When the User is removed, be sure to reach out to the Lilypad team (Contact Lilypad) and request the billing information to be updated. Note to the team how many Users were removed.
