**NOTE: This will only apply to Lilypad Users who have Cloud connections. Any third party data sources (VIP, LDS, etc.) will need to report-in for those new Brands and SKUs to update in Lilypad.

1. Log into the Lilypad Web App ( https://lilypad.app.fintech.com/ ).
2. Contact the Lilypad team at lpsupport@fintech for the Excel DOC Product List template. In future Knowledge Base releases, this document will be kept online for easy download.
3. Fill out in it's entirety. Any missing data, especially Brand ID can cause issues.

Send this updated Excel DOC to the Lilypad team and we can then upload and update your list!
